About Chandra E. Miller: A Skilled Lawyer And A Teacher
I was selected by Super Lawyers to the 2009-2010 and 2013-2014 California Rising Star list. The Rising Stars list recognizes no more than 2.5 percent of attorneys in each state who are under 40 years old or who have been practicing law for less than 10 years. While this speaks to my talent for using my knowledge to help people through challenging family law matters, I have also brought my knowledge out into the community in other ways such as through teaching and offering consulting services for family law matters and second opinions on other legal matters.
I previously co-taught a divorce option class to educate women in the community about the divorce process and about the process choices available to them. Additionally, I co-taught a Family Law 101 class to mental health and financial professionals. This class was designed to educate mental health and financial professionals on the divorce process and divorce options, so they have an understanding of what their clients are going through and how it may impact the way they provide their services. I continue to teach a divorce option class to educate those in the community.
